Unconfirmed if the Action Point gain is transfered to allies, be groupped with your testing partner(turn on Combat Log "/CombatLog 1" hit the dummy and check your Combat Log in your neverwinter folders to find your base AP effect represented by the negative number right next to power, remember that number n' return back to the game have your friend trigger Battle Fury and hit the dummy again and check if that negative number changed at all, of course make sure no other AP gain is interfering.
