The Black Ice is a currency from the Icewind Dale Campaign.
It can be acquired as a quest reward, or crafted in Black Ice Shaping by shaping Raw Black Ice.
It can be used to purchase items from Caer-Konig vendors, to craft items in Black Ice Shaping, for creating Iceforge Healing Elixir in the Alchemy Profession and to empower Corrupted or Purified Black Ice equipment.
