Bottomless Waterskin (Temporary) is a Consumable that is only consumed after 8 hours from when it was first used. Prior to that time, it may be used repeatedly to fling a waterskin. It is crafted using the Forgotten Summer Provisioning Profession during the Summer Festival (August 29th, 2013 - September 18th, 2013). Since the 2015 event it is no longer available.
