This is a campaign task in The Cloaked Ascendancy (Campaign). It requires a sum of 36 Abandoned Treasures and 30 Evidence of Evil to start. The task takes 20 seconds to complete. It can only be completed one time per character.

Securing the docks is key to reclaiming the merchant district. Establish a foothold to allow the recovery of treasures from derelict buildings and to enable merchants to approach Neverwinter safely by river.
Completing this task unlocks the store on the Traveling Merchant in the River District.
