The Delzoun Longbow is found in the 
[Delzoun Treasure Box], which is granted to those that purchase Hero of the North. The box will always grant a class appropriate weapon, and this is the one for a Hunter Ranger.
The Delzoun Longbow's Weapon Enhancement Slot starts pre-filled with a 
[Brilliant Energy Enchantment] which can be removed or replaced as normal. While slotted this adds the trait:
- Weapon Enhancement Slot: You have a 30% chance to deal 12.5% of weapon damage as Radiant damage with every strike. This damage ignores half of your targets Damage Resistances.
