Once you reach 6 stacks of Scalebreaker's Ire, they are consumed and you are empowered with Scalebreaker's Wrath for 30 seconds, granting the following, depending on your role:
DPS: +7.5% Outgoing Damage
Tank: -7.5% Incoming Damage
Healer: +7.5% Outgoing Healing

You may only have 1 stack of Scalebreaker's Wrath at a time and the duration is refreshed each time you reach 6 stacks of Scalebreaker's Ire.
