Ebony Wood is a Forgotten Profession resource used in Forgotten Alchemy, Forgotten Artificing, and Weaponsmithing. It can be found as monster, chest, or Skill Node loot, gathered by completing a level 21 task in any of the aforementioned professions, or 10x Ebony Wood can be bought at an Atelier. They are used to produce [Orange Vitriol] and [Purple Vitriol], [Carved Ebony Wood] and [Ornamental Adamantine], or [Ebony Weapon Hafts] and [Adamantine Weapon Blades] which in turn are used to craft alchemical potions and dyes, implement weapons, martial weapons, and off-hand items for all classes (except shields).
