Elminster Aumar can be found in the Well of Dragons. He plays a role in the Tyranny of Dragons Campaign. Elminster appeares as a gray-bearded man of weathered visage, gruff, alert, and nondescript attire. He was almost always smoking a meerschaum pipe that was spouting some vile blue or green smoke. He is on the council of Harpers, one of seven leaders known as High Harpers.
