Engravers are Forgotten Artificing Assets that can be hired to perform various tasks in order to raise the character's Forgotten Artificing level and to produce weapons and implements for the Control Wizard and Devoted Cleric through ranks 7 to 13 in the profession.

At Forgotten Artificing level 6 an Engraver can be hired by completing a task that consumes 4x [Carver]s. At level 13, 4x Engraver can be upgraded to 1x [Assistant Artificer], which is needed for Forgotten Artificing tasks at higher levels.

Higher tiered personnel, such as the [Assistant Artificer] can be used instead of Engravers for tasks that call for them.
