Epic Enchanting Stone is component used in the refinement system after Swords of Chult.

This is a key component used to upgrade Artifacts during the Refinement process.

It can also be consumed for Refinement Points, but much of its power is wasted in this way.

These items can be found in the Dread Ring Campaign, Sybella Artis' Store, Incentive Trader's Store, Appointment Event Vendor, and very rarely from Epic Dungeon Skill Nodes and Bosses.
