Description:	Deal fire damage to target enemy, apply Smolder to them, and apply a 6 second Damage Over Time burn. While burning, enemies within 15' who are affected by Smolder take additional damage and deal damage to the burning target. If those Smolder targets are killed, they deal an additional burst of damage to the Fanning the Flame target. Spell Mastery: Now also deals half the initial damage to enemies within 15' of your target and applies Smolder to them.
