Anton Omeris is an NPC who can be found in Protector's Enclave. He stands reading a book, until approached about forming a guild. Anton can be found in the Hall of Justice: East Courtyard next to a guild banker.

How do I register a new Guild?

In order to start a guild, you need a full party of players not already in a guild gathered together in Protector's Enclave. Any member of the party can speak to the Guild Registrar to fill out the guild name and description, after which all party members will be added to the guild. The player who speaks to the Guild Registrar will be given maximum guild rank, and the other party members will be given lowest guild rank.
What do you get for being in a Guild?

Guilds grant you access to Strongholds, a private map where you and your guild build and defend a Stronghold. Players in guilds have access to high level equipment, such as Dragonflight Raid Longcoat. Guild members can also acquire powerful boons, such as Wizard's Workshop Boon or the Barracks Boon.
