Your efforts have caused Jareth Grim, the battle-leader of the Blackdagger Bandits to reveal himself. He's set up headquarters in the tower called Grimstorm Keep deep within the ruins, where he's even now planning how best to stop you. Turn the tables and kill him, and the Blackdagger Bandits will be scattered and broken.
