You can gain Grym Coin in a several ways:

1. Open [Neverwinter Epic Hero Pack] (2)
2. Open [Grym Cache]
3. Participate in a Gauntlgrym PvP session (7 for a win or 3 for a loss)
4. Place in the Top 3 in the Gauntlgrym PvP session (3 for 1st place, 2 for 2nd place and 1 for 3rd place)
