Ostaram Copperwise
A merchant friend of mine lost some valuable weapons as he made his escape from the River District through the sewers many years ago. Look for these weapons in the sewers. Unfortunately he cannot recall the exact location of the sewer so you must search for it.
Find an active dig site with a sewer. The remains will be within.
