Helm's Hold is a monastery South of Neverwinter. It is dedicated to the deceased god Helm who is still worshipped by his followers here. Recently, it has been used as a sanatorium for victims of the Spellplague. But evil forces have infiltrated this once noble institution and have taken the local population hostage.
