Hero's Feast is a consumable crafted during special events:

• Using Midsummer Provisioning during the Midsummer Festival (August 29th, 2013 - September 18th, 2013), but only during Summer Festival's Height).
• Using Summer Provisioning during the Summer Festival (August 21, 2014 - September 4, 2014, and July 9th -July 30th, 2015).

• Using Simril Lightcrafting during the Winter Festival (December 19th, 2013 - January 9th, 2014), but only during Winter Festival's Zenith).
