Before we left, I coulda sworn I heard that an old friend 'o mine, Regis, was gonna be passin' through Driftwood Tavern again.

I'd like ye te see if he's over there, and if ye see 'im, tell 'im that Bruenor is back and lookin' for a good halflin' to be at his side.

<name>, it's good to meet you. My name is Drizzt Do'Urden, and I've heard much about your adventures from Regis... I believe you knew him as "Spider".

I'll get straight to the point. A large demonic army has invaded the Underdark. The details are unclear, but there is one thing I know of.

Demogorgon, the Prince of Demons, is among the number of demons terrorizing the Underdark.

We're going to kill it.

How are we going to kill Demogorgon?

We're going to gather a formidable force in Mantol-Derith, a secret trading post deep within the Underdark.

Regis has managed to guarantee us passage to and from Mantol-Derith... something that I have heard is hard to come by.

I will be our guide there. If my plan has worked, then Bruenor will have received my message by now and will be moving to meet us in Mantol-Derith.

Once we are at the trading post, we will begin to form a strategy to banish Demogorgon back to the Abyss.

If you're ready, I will mark on your map where we will meet to begin our journey into the Underdark.
