This is a feat. Using at-wills has a 10% chance to grant you a stack of Battle Research. At 5 stacks, you gain Researched Weakness, causing your next damaging recharge power to do 50% more damage. The stacks are cleared if you use another damaging recharge power. If you have the Lore daily slotted and it is not at full charge, you may activate it to channel for 2s on an enemy to get a stack of Battle Research.
