Malabog's Castle Key is purchased via the Sharandar Campaign interface tree option "Unlock Malabog's Castle". It is used to open a bonus chest in Malabog's Castle.

It can only be used once per purchase, but you can buy more than one. When you open the chest with this key, you can choose to keep the item (using up the key) or decline the item (not using the key).
