To penetrate Nostura's portal we need to determine the source of her power. It pains me to say this, but I'm hardly an expert on fey magic, entirely too chaotic for my tastes.
However, if you recover the essence of the creatures who serve Nostura, I believe Archdruid Morningdawn can point us in the right direction.
