Oculus the Inflamed is an open-world boss in The Jagged Approach, The Chasm.

This boss used to reside in Spellplague Caverns, however, that dungeon was removed. The boss was moved into the open-world, just outside where the dungeon entrance used to reside, at 14337, -840.

Killing him will grant the achievement, "Eye Chirurgeon."
