the Quartermaster's Enchantment, Rank 5 is a utility enchantment that is a reward from the Siege of Neverwinter event. Rank 5 Enchantments can be bought at the vendor, Rank 7 Enchantments can be found in the [Battlefield Scavenger's Pack]. Killing a foe while equipped with Quartermaster's Enchantments has a chance to drop a bag of goods.

Utility Slot: You have a 0.5% chance after killing a foe to find a bag of goods. Multiple copies and higher ranks of this Enchantment increase the chance of finding a bag of goods, and improve the quality of the goods found, including Refinement Items, Campaign currencies, and Enchantments up to Rank 7 (bound when picked up).
The original enchantment was made by a wizard working for pirates from the Nelanther Isles to help them glean salvageable items from wrecked ships.
