The small farming town of Rothé Valley was nearly forgotten by the larger world in the wake of the Spellplague and the cataclysm, but the recent reconstruction of Neverwinter has changed much. With its fertile soil and easy access to Never River, Rothé Valley has swirftly become an important local source of food for the populace of the city
