A seal earned in elite dungeons or purchased at the Vault of Piety with Ardent Coins.

Spending

They can be exchanged in Protector's Enclave to Phileas Gram, the Unicorn and Drake Seal Trader for Tier 2 Epic Dungeon Equipment.
