We've received word that a tiefling has arrived at the epicenter and is studying the cocoon. He didn't say a word to anyone, he simply walked in and made his way to the cocoon.

Can you go speak to this tiefling and see what business he has in my town?

<Name>! I must apologize, I heard you and Xuna were waiting quite a long time for me. Truth be told, I am trying to keep her out of my way... give her some time to calm down.

Well, I'm here now, and I intend to help. I've been studying this cocoon and I think I know what needs to happen next to reveal its mysteries.

Well, I know there are two people inside this cocoon, and they are very much alive. I believe they can even hear us now. The two people specifically are Artus Climber and his son, Sirac. Artus, you see, was formerly the guardian of the Ring of Winter.

I believe the frost giants attacked Bryn Shander specifically to steal the ring from him. If we want to know how to find and recover this ring, we'll need to find a way to get Artus out of his cocoon.

Of course I know. We need a thistle from Catti-brie's garden, located near Lonelywood. You can thank Drizzt Do'Urden for providing me with that information.

I should've figured the tiefling was a friend of yours. He's quite knowledgeable, for an outsider. The name Artus Climber sounds familiar... I believe a man with that name was causing a disturbance a day before the attack.

Regardless, Makos got here just in time. Bryn Shander is overflowing with refugees, to the point where we can't actually support them any further. If you're going to Lonelywood, I'd ask for you to help defend a caravan of refugees heading up there.
