Completing the quest "Omen of the Stars" every day during the Simril Festival will earn more than sufficient Spirits of Simril to fully upgrade a Simril Artifact.
Additional Spirits of Simril may be used in refining. Each is worth 100 Refinement Points.
Taking part in the festivities along with your fellow adventurers has left a feeling of warmth and joy in your heart.
