Notes[]

  • This power can be used without a target. In this way, one can build Action Points without having a target.
  • "Extended period" is slightly longer than a full channel (there is a small flash that indicates the "extended period").
  • "Electrocutes nearby foes" means "damages nearby foes", nothing more.
  • The pillar created by the extended channel lasts for 4 seconds, but only damages enemies during the first 3.
  • The damage listed on the power itself refers only to a fully charged Storm Pillar.
