It forms the Stronghold Weapon Set with

Artifact Class Features[]
- Sneak Attack: Sneak Attack now increases your Run Speed by an additional 5%, both in and out of Stealth.
- First Strike: First Strike now increases Critical Chance and Critical Severity by 10% for your first attack in combat.
- Tenacious Concealment: Tenacious Concealment now reduces Stealth loss by an additional 10%.
- Tactics: Tactics now also increases damage dealt by Daily powers by 5%.
- Dagger Threat: Dagger Threat now also increases ranged dagger attack damage by 5% when you are greater than 20ft from your target.
- Razor Action: The damage dealt by Razor Action is increased by 25%.
- Advantageous Position: Advantageous Position now also reduces damage from melee attacks.
- Infiltrator's Action: Infiltrator's Action now also increases damage dealt by 5% for the duration of its effect.
- Skillful Infiltrator: Skillful Infiltrator now also increases your resistance to Slow and Immobilize effects by 5%.
- Invisible Infiltrator: Invisible Infiltrator now also grants immunity to control effects for 3 seconds after using a Daily power.
- Oppressive Darkness: Oppressive Darkness now also slows the target by 50% for a short time.
- Talisman of Shadows: Talisman of Shadow now also gives the Rogue a small heal for every enemy Dazed when entering Stealth.
