Instead of using italics for items that will be consumed, why not create a new column specifically for them.
[[User:Jetah|Jetah]] ([[User talk:Jetah|talk]]) 23:34, 6 May 2013 (UTC) :This is already a tight table on narrow displays, but still functional. Adding another wide column would almost certainly make it unreasonable to read on mobile devices or lower resolutions. — [[User:OOeyes|'''oOeyes''']] [[Image:User-OOeyes-Sig.png|link=User talk:OOeyes]] 00:39, 7 May 2013 (UTC) ::How about adding a <nowiki>
</nowiki> to separate the Assets and Resources or changing the names with images, as the mouseover works pretty good with giving text and information? Also will we be adding the different Tiers of items that could be crafted? {{Table header task}} {{Table row task|19|rare|Elegant Chain Shirt|{{item|common|Assistant Mailsmith}}, {{item|common|Tongs}}
{{item|uncommon|Fancy Chain Pants}}, {{item|uncommon|Residuum}}, {{item|rare|Arcane Shard}}|12h|{{item|rare|Elegant Chain Pants}}|750 {{pxp}} }} |} [[User:Jetah|Jetah]] ([[User talk:Jetah|talk]]) 19:57, 7 May 2013 (UTC) :::A line break isn't a reliable way to distinguish the two on narrow displays; it already gets broken up over multiple lines and it isn't always going to be clear where the intentional line break is and where it's just word wrapping. Also, some tasks do consume assets to return a better asset, so the separation does need to be between consumed and non-consumed inputs. Perhaps we can break it into two cells stacked on top of each other instead. We could use a similar approach to deal with multiple tiers of rewards. Admittedly, I hadn't quite figured out that part of it yet. — [[User:OOeyes|'''oOeyes''']] [[Image:User-OOeyes-Sig.png|link=User talk:OOeyes]] 20:36, 7 May 2013 (UTC) =Resources Table= I recently added a resources table showing what resources are used by Mailsmithing. I understand it looks like a lot, but I was hoping to convey a lot of information with as little text as possible. I tried doing it without a table at first, but the amount of links in such a short space was overwhelming. With the table format, one can tell at a glace which resources are used just for Mailsmithing, and which are shared with other professions. The entire reason I got started working on this is because I want to divide my resources among my alts based on what professions they are doing. If I know that "Ghostbow" is doing Alchemy and Leatherworking, but "Tearbane" is doing Artificing, I can move unused resources to the alt that needs it. This table really is the ugliest and most obtrusive in Alchemy since that profession uses the most different kinds of resources, but it isn't nearly so distracting in most of the other professions. (Going to copy and paste this to the other professions talk pages in case someone is working in one but not the others.) - [[User:FrozenFlame22|FrozenFlame22]] ([[User talk:FrozenFlame22|talk]]) 03:21, 19 March 2014 (UTC)
