The Protector's Speech is a special skirmish available during the Protector's Jubilee event. Characters of level 6 or higher can queue for the skirmish, and all players are scaled to level 60.

As Lord Neverember, Protector of Neverwinter, prepares his annual address to the people of the city, Neverwinter's enemies draw near to strike. Can you protect the Protector's Speech?

Every year Lord Neverember takes it upon himself to deliver an address to the people of the city, and every year unsavory elements take it upon themselves to cause a ruckus while the city guard is occupied protecting the Protector. It seems this year will be no different. Lord Neverember will be well guarded, but the city could use the help of heroes like yourself.

To complete this mission you will need to complete the Skirmish, "The Protector's Speech".
