Notes

The Vault of the Nine will only be available when an account has two or more characters that has accessed Icewind Dale. This currently means reaching level 70 and visiting Caer-Konig with both characters. Despite what Jarlaxle Baenre may say, no campaign boons are required.

(EDIT) as per [|patch note NW.50.20151022c.1] no more need to travel to Icewind Dale, Jarlaxle Baenre will be found in Protector's Enclave.
