The Travelling Wizard is an NPC located on the Guild Stronghold map. First, he gives the repeatable quests Dragons of Concern and Siege Training Refresher. Next, he gives the one time quest Stronghold Siege (Tutorial), Lastly, he gives one of 4 daily quests Katatheo the Proud, Chrysos the Vain, Ekdos the Cruel, and Oxuno the Treacherous. The event Greed of the Dragonflight is also triggered by talking to Travelling Wizard and paying 2,500 Guild Marks.
