Description: | Throw a dagger at a target to designate them for Vengeance. While your vengeance hangs above them they deal reduced damage to all targets. As a folow up power, you may re-activate this to break free of Control effects, and teleport to your previously designated target, dealing damage around you. (Deals reduced damage to non-targets.) Stealthed: Marking a target for Vengeance does not break Stealth. The follow up power becomes a single target attack that breaks Control effectss and teleports to your designated target, damaging and Stunning them for a brief period. |

- The debuff from the ability lasts ~10 seconds or until the second part of the ability is activated.
- The stun from this ability lasts less than a second.
- The first and second portion of this ability are treated independently when considering the [Stealth] condition. For example, if one were to throw the dagger while not stealthed, then used the second part of the ability while stealthed, the STEALTHED description of the second part of the ability would take effect, stunning the target.
Bugs[]
- In spite of the ability stating otherwise, neither part of this ability breaks control effects. An animation of the [Impossible to Catch] power appears (the character turns glossy black), but the ability cannot be activated while controlled. It is unclear whether this is a tooltip error or an ability error, but given the [Impossible to Catch] animation, it is likely the latter.
